Christian Counselling —

In-Person in Adelaide, or Online Anywhere in Australia

If you're searching for a Christian counsellor near you, you might be in a season that feels heavy, uncertain, or hard to put into words.

I offer counselling for women navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, and life transitions — with faith woven in where it's meaningful to you, and never assumed or imposed.

In-Person or Online - wherever works for you

I see clients in person at Albert Park through LifeWell West, Broadview through Lifewell Central and online across Australia.

If you're in Adelaide, we can meet face-to-face. If you're anywhere else, online sessions work just as well for many women.

Evening appointments are available for those balancing work, family, or a full schedule. Session fees and accessibility options are covered below.

What I Support Women Through

Anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, grief and loss, life transitions, and overthinking.

I work in a client-led, trauma-informed way — which means the direction of our sessions is shaped by what you need, not a fixed program.

A Faith-integrated Approach, On Your Terms

I'm a professional Christian counsellor, and for many women, being able to bring faith into the conversation matters. That's always your choice — some sessions may not touch on faith at all, and that's completely fine too. This is your process, and I follow your lead.

I also welcome clients who do not have a Christian faith.

Not Sure If You Need a Counsellor or a Psychologist?

Many women aren't sure which is the right fit, and that's okay.

I'm a tertiary qualified counsellor, not a psychologist — if you're wondering whether counselling is right for where you're at, feel free to reach out and we can talk it through.

Read my Blog Post that looks at this very question in a simple and honest way to help you decide what is right for you.
