Counselling

Christian counselling for women in Adelaide and online across Australia

Compassionate support for life’s tough moments.

We all need some extra support at times. Seeking help for our mental health takes courage, but when we are met with genuine support - where we feel seen, heard and valued - healing and growth become possible.

This is what I aim to provide for all my clients - a safe, supportive environment built on trust, empathy and mutual respect.

I work with women, especially those looking for a faith-based approach to counselling, to help them find the clarity, positive change and healing they need.

I offer online sessions with the convenience of a time and location that works for you, or in-person sessions through Lifewell at Albert Park, SA.

It would be a privilege to support you in your journey toward healing and growth.
