My approach is Integrative Christian counselling with a client-centred and trauma-informed approach which means that I draw upon a range of tools and insights, bringing together the best elements to help you achieve your desired outcomes.

I will work with you to discover the heart of the problem. When we work at the root, rather than focusing only on the symptoms, we find lasting change. My clients tell me they have found a deeper sense of clarity, understanding and healing through working this way, especially after years of trying techniques and tools to manage symptoms that they never seem to break free from.
